We fill the gaps in the healthcare system and strengthen the fabric of our communities by helping people regain stability, rebuild relationships, and find their place in society. Through early intervention and prevention programs, we reduce the long-term costs to healthcare and criminal justice systems, as well as reducing human suffering.
Because of our work, our clients don’t have to suffer alone. Despite often facing limited resources, heavy caseloads, and the emotional tool of the job, our members show up every day with empathy and professionalism.
